Minimum quantities, lead times, Incoterms, samples, packaging and payment — the questions importers ask us most, answered plainly. Where a figure depends on your order, we say so rather than publish a number we cannot hold.
Send the quote form with product, packaging, quantity, destination port and Incoterm. It reaches a named export contact, not a shared inbox, and you will have a written reply within one business day. If any detail is still open, we quote the options side by side rather than delay the answer.
Open the quote formYes. A large share of our enquiries come from buyers importing charcoal for the first time. We walk through Incoterms, documentation and container planning before you commit, and we will tell you plainly when a smaller trial shipment is the sensible first step.
Buyers are welcome. The site is in Nong Bun Mak, Nakhon Ratchasima, roughly three hours by road from Bangkok. Book ahead so we can time your visit with a production or container-loading day rather than a quiet one.
See the factoryPremium hardwood lump charcoal, restaurant grade charcoal and BBQ charcoal are in production and available for export. Coconut shell charcoal, biomass fuel and activated carbon are in development and marked Coming Soon on the products page — we will not quote them until they ship consistently.
View the rangeMoisture, fixed carbon, ash content, volatile matter and heating value are issued from verified laboratory reports alongside your quotation. We do not publish specification figures we cannot evidence, so the tables on this site stay empty until the report exists.
Restaurant grade is graded more tightly for piece size and density, which gives longer burn time, steadier heat and less ash across a service. Standard BBQ charcoal is graded for retail and occasional use, where pack presentation and lighting speed matter more than sustained output.
Yes. Samples are arranged before order confirmation so you can test burn time and ash on your own equipment. Courier cost, quantity and lead time are confirmed in writing before we ship them.
5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg and 20 kg bags, bulk packaging, and OEM or private-label formats. Bag material, printing method, barcode area and lot-number area are all specified on the packaging page and confirmed per order.
Packaging optionsYes. We manufacture under customer brands with your artwork, multilingual labelling and destination-specific compliance text. Send your artwork files and target market and we will confirm print method and minimum print run with the quotation.
Bags are palletised, wrapped and loaded to limit movement and moisture ingress during ocean freight. Pallet configuration is matched to your container type and destination handling.
MOQ depends on the product, the packaging format and the destination, so we confirm it in writing on your quotation rather than publishing a single figure. In practice most export customers order in full container loads.
Lead time is confirmed per order against current production capacity at quotation stage, and again at order confirmation. You will be told the loading week, not a vague range.
Yes. Scheduled call-off arrangements are the basis of most of our long-term accounts, and planned volume lets us hold consistent grading and packaging across shipments.
EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF. Final terms are agreed with each customer based on destination and shipping requirements, and are stated explicitly on the quotation and proforma invoice.
Export processCommercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin as standard, a phytosanitary certificate where the destination requires one, and any other destination-specific document agreed before loading.
Full container load is the standard and the most cost-effective route. Less than container load is possible where practical for the destination and is quoted case by case.
Yes. We coordinate directly with customer-appointed forwarders on booking, loading dates and documentation handover.
Terms are agreed per customer and confirmed on the proforma invoice before production begins. We do not publish blanket terms because they depend on order size, destination and trading history.
Send photographs and the lot numbers printed on the bags. Every batch carries a LOT identifier tied to production records and shipment documentation, so we can trace the run, establish where the problem started and agree a remedy.
Certificates, laboratory reports and sustainability documentation are held in a reserved section and issued as they are completed. We do not display certification badges we have not earned.

Tell us the grade, packaging and destination port. You will have a costed answer, not a brochure, within one business day.
