Restaurant grade, high heat, long burn — produced in Thailand and packed for sea freight.
Natural hardwood lump charcoal, carbonized slowly in sealed kilns and graded by size after cooling. It reaches working temperature quickly, holds heat through a long service, and produces little smoke or ash — which is what a grill house needs from an eight-hour shift.
Raw material is plantation hardwood and agricultural residue, recorded by load. Each lot is inspected, moisture-checked at bagging, and lot-marked so a shipment can be traced back to the burn that produced it.
